Class Size

Many classes are capped to assure the best possible learning and community experience. We reserve the right to cancel a class if a minimum number of students is not met. This number is determined by the instructor.

Payment

Crystal Bead Bazaar requires prepayment for class fees — no exceptions. The fee is for instruction only and may be paid for by phone with a credit card or in person. All materials are available at Crystal Bead Bazaar and are in addition to the class fee.

Cancelations

Crystal Bead Bazaar will provide a full refund to registered participants in the rare event that a class must be cancelled due to weather or instructor. Participant cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the class with a $5 processing fee. Cancellations closer to class will not be refunded. This policy is to respect our teachers as well as other participants.
